These are beverage wraps, measuring 3 1/2" x 9". They store flat as you
see in this picture, and when you are ready to use it, just snap it
around the cold canned beverage and it holds it tight until you are
finished with your drink and flatten it out again. It has a metal
spring inside it that lies flat, or assumes a tight circle as you like.
